Sasha embodies a unique blend of expertise, seamlessly integrating Counselling, Psychotherapy, Naturopathy, and Nutrition to illuminate pathways to profound mental and physical well-being.

Sasha co-owned Natural Therapy Associates in North Sydney, where she used her skills as a Naturopath and Remedial Massage Therapist. Specialising in anxiety, digestive concerns, fatigue, weight management, and cleansing programs, she catered to the needs of the business district community.

Sasha contracted her skills to Health Works, serving employees of major corporations with health and well-being services. Her managerial role in the practitioner channel at Global By Nature, a leading natural health food distributor, further underscored her commitment to connecting practitioners with health-promoting tools.

Driven to understand the deeper layers of Self and the mind-body connection, Sasha pursued post-graduate studies in Counselling and Psychotherapy. While studying, she integrated her knowledge by providing valuable assistance to NDIS participants diagnosed with disability & mental health conditions.

Sasha's journey is a testament to her pursuit of excellence and her profound dedication to empowering others to holistic health and self-discovery
